Pricing & Insurance

  • ​Your clinician is paneled with several insurance companies. If you participate with a company that is not listed below, you may still qualify for full or partial reimbursement of counseling services. We do accept clients claiming on their out-of-network benefits.

    If you are unsure of your insurance coverage, we are happy to verify your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment. We will directly bill your insurance company so there will be no additional paperwork for you to complete.

    Insurances Accepted:

    • Aetna

    • Empire BCBS - OON

    • Northwell Direct

    • NYSHIP (The Empire Plan) - OON

    • Optum Health/United Behavioral Health

    • Oscar Health

    • UHC Oxford

    • UMR (Tier 3)

  • Credit, Debit, HSA, FSA, Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are all accepted for payment.

  • We have flexible options for those that do not have insurance coverage and those with high deductible plans. Please email momentumcounselinglcsw@gmail.com for more information.

  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged an $85 cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.

    Exceptions are made for emergencies, sudden illness, and/or prohibitive weather conditions.
